
Jamnagar’s Famous Ghuto Recipe
A 36 ingredients, No oil, no sugar, cooked in Clay Pot, and served with Healthy Bajra Roti.

Ingredients
Brinjal, Cabbage, Cauliflower, Long beans, French beans, Carrot, capsicum, potato, tomato, Ivy gourd, Radish, green peas, spring onion, green garlic, field beans, broad/flat beans, coriander, lemon, bottle gourd, sweet potato, mint leaves, raw turmeric, ginger, spinach leaves, peanuts, pumpkin, banana, apple, channa daal, mung daal, tuvar daal, sev, besan.
Instructions
- Take a clay pot, add water and Haldi and boil it.
- Add all the ingredients of the ghuto with measure of one spoon. Boil it for 15 mins.
- Crush it while it is boiling with Boss mixture.
- Add salt and garlic paste to taste.
- Take it in a bowl, serve it with hot Bajra rotla.
- Add decoration of coriander, ghee, garlic paste and besan sev.
- It is ready to eat, hot and healthy food.
