Ingredients
  

Brinjal, Cabbage, Cauliflower, Long beans, French beans, Carrot, capsicum, potato, tomato, Ivy gourd, Radish, green peas, spring onion, green garlic, field beans, broad/flat beans, coriander, lemon, bottle gourd, sweet potato, mint leaves, raw turmeric, ginger, spinach leaves, peanuts, pumpkin, banana, apple, channa daal, mung daal, tuvar daal, sev, besan.

    Instructions
     

    • Take a clay pot, add water and Haldi and boil it.
    • Add all the ingredients of the ghuto with measure of one spoon. Boil it for 15 mins.
    • Crush it while it is boiling with Boss mixture.
    • Add salt and garlic paste to taste.
    • Take it in a bowl, serve it with hot Bajra rotla.
    • Add decoration of coriander, ghee, garlic paste and besan sev.
    • It is ready to eat, hot and healthy food.
