Curry Leaves : half fistful
Coriander Leaves : half fistful
Fresh Grated Coconut : 1 tablespoon
Groundnuts : 1 tablespoon
Lemon Juice : 1 teaspoon (adjust according to taste)
Tempering Ingredients : 1 teaspoon
Add curry leaves, coriander leaves, green chillies, fresh coconut, salt to a mixer grinder and make a fine paste.
Heat oil in a wide heavy bottomed steel pan and add tempering ingredients, groundnuts and sauté well.
Later add the fine curry leaf paste and fry until the raw smell goes away.
Now add the cooked millet rice, lemon juice and mix well. Serve it along with chutney or raita of your choice.
