Ingredients
  

Kodo Millet Rice : 1 cup

    Curry Leaves : half fistful

      Coriander Leaves : half fistful

        Green Chillies : 6 nos.

          Fresh Grated Coconut : 1 tablespoon

            Salt : to taste

              Groundnuts : 1 tablespoon

                Lemon Juice : 1 teaspoon (adjust according to taste)

                  Oil : 11/2 tablespoons

                    Tempering Ingredients : 1 teaspoon

                      Instructions
                       

                      • Add curry leaves, coriander leaves, green chillies, fresh coconut, salt to a mixer grinder and make a fine paste.
                      • Heat oil in a wide heavy bottomed steel pan and add tempering ingredients, groundnuts and sauté well.
                      • Later add the fine curry leaf paste and fry until the raw smell goes away.
                      • Now add the cooked millet rice, lemon juice and mix well. Serve it along with chutney or raita of your choice.
